B.F.Interactive Ltd, located in the beautiful town of Shrewsbury, was formed 'way back' in 2003 by Steve Mitchell, to try and readdress the lack of service experienced by most customers, from the major, well known outlets. He became disenchanted by 'hold messages' telling him how important his call was to them, and by dealing with companies that didn't know the first thing about the products they were selling.

Steve explains "I do agree that the internet and warehouse outlets have a huge part to play in retail, but believe that most clients, still want to experience a modicum of service Its not as simple as it was 10 years ago, when the only real decision was what size TV was required. Today, there are many different factors involved, and what we do at B.F.Interactive, is listen to how our clients want to use the television. We don't expect an 85 year old lady to have the same requirements as a 25 year old man! We welcome 'no obligation' home visits, and can even pop a screen in the van, so you can see how it looks in your home. We don't have a call centre abroad. All we have is a lovely showroom in Shrewsbury, of which we are justifiably proud, and a huge list of very satisfied clients that appreciate good service and support."

We won't try and dazzle you with geeky 'techno jargon' and even the mention of gold cables sends us to sleep. What we will give you is service, competitive pricing and most importantly, the support you've always wanted but have never been given!

We're open from Tuesday to Friday 0900 - 1700 and Saturdays from 1000 - 1600. If you can't make it within those times, then please get in touch and we'll reopen at a time to suit you.
